Alanna Navitski has always been drawn to the margins—where subcultures, scenes, and movements collide. From the DIY spaces of Philly to immersing herself in NYC and LA, she’s moved fluidly through music, art, sports, and fashion with an eye for what’s next and a respect for what came before. Her perspective is both raw and sharp—rooted in hyperlocal communities, yet global in scope.
For nearly two decades, Alanna has built a career at the intersection of brand, culture, and creativity—creating moments that cut through any hype and resonate beyond marketing cycles. She began as a young publicist at EMGPR under Jennifer Gross (co-founder of the infamous People’s Revolution), working with hospitality groups, lifestyle brands, artists, galleries, collectives, nonprofits, and celebrities—producing large-scale activations across NYC, LA, and Miami.
She went on to lead global marketing and activations at Sneakersnstuff, where over seven years she helped launch SNS into the U.S.—opening two retail stores, an NYC nightclub (SNS Bar), and a private activation space in Los Angeles. At SNS, Alanna led the internal agency, creating campaigns and producing experiences for partners like Nike, adidas, Vans, Salomon, ASICS, and New Balance, while collaborating with a global network of artists, creatives, and talent.
With girl six, Alanna wants to keep blending strategy with instinct—and partner with clients and projects that challenge the norm and make meaningful work together.
Aniqa Jolly has spent over 15 years at the intersection of culture, strategy, and creativity—with a deep respect for legacy, a sharp eye on what’s shifting, and a curiosity locked on what’s next. Born and raised in London and now based in LA, she immersed herself in emerging cultures long before any of it was mainstream—giving her a gut-level understanding of how influence flows and new waves take shape.
Starting at EMGPR, during a time when fashion, film, art, and brand were starting to collide. It was there she first recognized how cultural partnerships could reshape storytelling—and saw the early blueprint of brand as a platform. Aniqa spent over 5 years at Optimist Inc, leading teams across major Nike work, and film and music projects.
At Nike, Aniqa served as RM72 Experience Director, a relationship-first model built to go beyond transactions and foster real connection. She also led key partnerships, collaborations, and special projects within North America Catalyst Brand Marketing—infusing energy through entertainment and building cultural equity from the inside out.
With roots in both agency and brand, Aniqa is the rare type who can spot a spark and execute it into something real. She’s a connector with the ability to translate even the wildest ideas into thoughtful, impactful work—with intention and accuracy.
At girl six, she continues to create space with like-minded clients—allowing original ideas to breathe, evolve, and impact an ever-moving market.
